酒店位置不算差，房间设施比较旧，东西比较简陋，晚上睡觉被子潮，一股霉味，只能不洗澡合衣而睡，早上起来洗澡，淋浴头开了整整15分钟，水的温度才能达到洗澡的程度。早上自助餐，从进去到出来我只花了12分钟，因为能吃的不多，想喝碗粥，一看锅子见底了，告知服务员请续上，结果一直到我出餐厅锅子还是见底的。找客房服务请拿一根手机充电线，催了3次电话，等了将近半个小时，借一把剪刀，被告知没有剪刀........其实我觉得酒店设施什么的是其次，只要干净整洁即可，关键的是服务，这家酒店的性价比实在太低，不知道网上为什么有那么多人会给好评？

算上凯里最好的，但是服务更五星酒店相差甚远，最基本的开门，和帮客人拿行李都做不到，看着客人大包小包的从车上下来，服务人员视而不见
