酒店位置在新村，离老村稍远，环境很不错，比老村干净多了，酒店有车会送到老村去，不过会有整点时间限制，不是很自由，这点不如同集团的喀纳斯湖那的喀纳斯山庄做的到位，随叫随到，房间内有暖气，但是停电了没享受到，这个只能看运气了。餐饮的味道也不如喀纳斯山庄。整体服务还是要点个赞，特殊的情况和前台沟通过还是安排了小车给予了我们方便，这里还是要表示下感谢。

禾木村最好的酒店。干净，幽雅，在雪山下，有木栈道到村里，免费交通车半小时一班到村里，早上7：00送观景台看日出。美丽清新的小木屋，风景如画，24小时热水，是喀纳斯此行10天住到的最好酒店。我一个值千元以上的B0SE高挡小音箱掉店里后，服务台用顺丰快递给我寄来了。非常感谢！

距离换乘中心很远，小车师傅和前台都超级跩，不肯接送住店的客人，只能拉着一大堆行李，自己去求景区路过的大巴车，而且车不定时。酒店设施硬件还是可以的，但是软件服务完全跟不上。问过前台有没有车可以去机场，结果两天都说没有的，加钱也没有，我们离开准备去机场那天，前台说师傅可以送我们去换乘中心，结果师傅说送人去机场，兜我们5分钟的时间都没有，呵呵。

8月11日新疆的花季已是末梢。喀纳斯湖一路过来，虽然还有不少的花儿，但已三三两两难称花海。进了酒店，有意外的喜悦，5月开始的花季仿佛回来了，各色花儿在酒店何处竞艳。伴着与大自然融和一致的木头房子。想起了白雪公主和七个小矮人的故事。推荐。
