相当差劲，酒店刷卡机经常当机，入住的时候没刷，酒店在凌晨快1点了把人叫起来去刷卡，真服了，然后又没刷成，半夜和艺龙联系让把冻结款直接结给酒店，艺龙与酒店竟然协商不了，酒店非要我去刷卡！这种酒店谁见过！第二天一大早又去刷卡，早上8点显示刷卡成功，12点又被取消了，现在还在协商房费
