房间非常乾净，明亮，每天还有阳光照进来，非常舒服；房间外是这个小院子，在火车站附近，非常难得；床睡着很舒服；离昆明火车站100米，离1号线和2号线地铁800米左右，也比较近。楼下有很多吃饭的地方，很方便。前台和工作人员服务都很好。所以一共连续住了10天，确实不错，强力推荐。

来云南旅游的，本来是在昆明中转需要住一晚，随便订了个酒店，没想到非常舒服和干净，加上昆明的好天气，改签了机票，续住了两晚。这个价格和酒店的舒适度，绝对物有所值，强烈推荐！

房间大小OK，2个行李箱打开都位置足够
酒店很新很干净 就是前台不太专业哈哈但是还是有礼貌的 我去checkin的时候还有个吃过的饭盒在柜台那边
如果是昆明站的话可以不用叫车哦 走路过去超靠近

Hotel near Kunming train station very convenient for traveler many restaurants around but the hotel toilets flashing system is very bad , after doing you business flushing system not working need to call for cleaning, but the cleaner told me that I can’t throw the toilet roll paper into the WC because the system only works without paper , instead I have to throw the toilet roll paper into a basket beside the WC , just imagine that you have to sleep with the poo smell at you room , horrible ????

Large room and able to put four luggages. It comes with big balcony which we use for my breakfast.
We love consistent shower heating water supply, smart toilet bowl, smart curtain, room lighting control system and free flow of drinking water bottles and sweet drink.However, toilet bowl room found a few foreigner hairs and suggested to enhance thorough cleanliness.In overall, we are satisfied with the stay. The hotel staff very friendly! This hotel located to the Kunming railway station..no need to take didi ..just exit from the north exit by escalator just walk straight where the taxi stops and turn right..the hotel on the right..very near…nearby many Chinese restaurants..below hotel have one small convenience shop ..easy to take didi from the hotel..

New hotel with smart features! Located very near to the kunming railway station, walking distance of 5mins. I booked it last minute because I arrived at 2am and have a train to Lijiang at 7am. This hotel is perfect for this!

The location of this hotel is superb, especially for people who are leaving the city on high speed railway, which is located right next to this hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children, there's a voice-control smart home system in the room where you can control the lights and curtains by summoning "小度", it was quite fun for the kids. The hotel doesn't look grand from the outside, but inside everything was well maintained and functional. Our room's window directly faced the main road, but sound proofing was good and it was quiet. Centralised air-con but no smell of cigarette smoke. If i have to try hard to pick something and make suggests, the hand basin was a little small and water splashes onto the floor easily. Consider changing to a bigger washing machine and better dryer, because it took me 4-5 hours to dry the clothes after washing and your washing machine and dryer were in high demand, ha ha. But those are not big issues, this hotel is still a very good one. Highly recommended.

The location is strategy for those who need to take train. Room is clean and come with smart home facilities, the kids having fun to communicate with the voice control feature. I stay at L3, there is no noise from the room.
