新开的酒店住着舒服，服务非常到位。早餐做的非常哇塞。做一个 地地道道的南京人。表示吃的很舒服，云南是一个咖啡很好喝的地方。咖啡豆直接现磨的。味道非常香。

酒店比较大，环境卫生干净，地理位置好，到高铁站步行10分钟不到。酒店楼下就有一家云南野生菌，价格实惠，装修田园。美中不足是房间很小，感觉压抑。

房间干净整洁，有全屋智能，晚上也挺安静。我们订的是带露台的，下面是餐馆。餐馆环境也好，东西也好吃，就是油烟味能飘到楼上房间内。离昆明站很近，走路也才五六分钟，非常方便。

房间很满意，床和被子都很舒服，还有可爱的毯子铺着，超级适合带娃入住，娃肯定很爱～另外房间也智能噢，有小度可以聊天，哈哈哈！房间很安静，而且最优秀的是离这个火车站实在是太近了！无敌方便～喜欢～

就在火车站出北广场后右转. 大厅内布置新潮整洁, 前台服务专业友善. 房间内设施很新, 有吧冰箱, 语音控制功能, 一楼有免费洗衣机和烘干机使用. 总体上很新很时尚, 体验感极佳.

本身酒店在硬件和软件方面是没有问题，位置也非常好，就在高铁站附近；
但最大问题，是前台！！！！！??????????????
作为一间酒店，客人的私隐和安全是非常重要，甚至乎应该是放在首位；但我在入住期间（晚上10点），居然有其他客人拿门卡开了我的房门，而门卡写的是我的房间号码！！！??????！！！真的非常离谱！！！是一个不能让人接受的错误！！！
去前台投诉，一开始还推卸责任，说是那位客人搞错房间号码，真好笑，如果不是你们给他们房卡，他们能开我的房间门？？？
最后，前台只说了一句对不起，是他们的问题，就这样敷衍了事??????！！！一点诚意也没有！！！
所以，绝对不会推荐这间完全不顾客人私隐的酒店！！！

完全超预期，距离昆明火车站200多米，出站就能看到，设施很新，设施很好，服务很好，小度智能化体验也不错，周围吃饭的地方很多，楼下花园餐厅吃米线特别好，环境口味都很好，从窗口看下去就是，从这个酒店出发去看海鸥，到海埂大坝滴滴打车20多块钱，很方便，以后来玩，还选这里。

Hotel is very closed to railway station within 10 minutes walk.The room is large and has full modern facilities. Reeptions are very hospitality although they can not speak English well. Breakfast is cheses style but delicious. Map showed in Trip.com is not exactly correct and the hotel's name shoul be chanded as VX hotel. Foreign tourists can not read the name in chinese.

这次云南之旅，前后入住格菲饭店四次，饭店离昆明火车站步行五分钟，非常方便。附近餐厅多，房间有智能设。前台人员热心协助处理快递代收等事宜，服务员的协助下让入住顺利舒服。
这次入住有小阳台的房型，于旅游返回后，可以在室外庭园喝小酒吃花生米，渡过睡前的休闲时间，非常舒服，更是此饭店的特点。
建议：吹风机声响如战斗机，有机会可以更换品牌。
