This was such an unexpected and wonderful stay.
I’ve never seen such cute and wholesome staff, the lady made our stay feel so special, every time when we got back to the hotel she was standing outside and greeting us and every time we left she was waving us goodbye, such a wonderful soul.
The breakfast was super nice and the hotel area was very beautiful.
We ordered a lot of packages and they helped us talk to all of them and organise them.
Very wonderful place and would recommend to friends.

非常超预期的一次体验，主理人很有品味，。服务很有温度，晚上还专门点了火炉，一次美好的圣诞夜之旅。下次到昆明还会再来。

酒店在别墅区里，自驾提前报了车牌出入很方便。幽静舒适，与自然同呼吸的清晨，在酒店里走走看看池里锦鲤，很是放松。酒店离海埂公园很近，自驾10mins不到，11月中下旬海鸥如约而至。总体很不错，下次还可来一场清晨的高尔夫球。

本来想订一家在滇池边的民宿，结果没房。就定了排行榜第一的这家泮山居，结果惊喜。首先説位置，酒店在滇池旁边的一个别墅区里，离民族村也很近，几分钟路程。酒店非常乾净，设施也不错，印象最好的是管家妹妹的服务非常好，订房几分钟后就打电话来确认需求，到达酒店后又有求必应的分享了昆明旅游攻略，非常和善有耐心。去了推荐的云南菜馆甜竹林。酒店还有女生喜欢的饰品，入手了一根手链，很喜欢。早餐丰富，根本吃不完，米线让我念念不忘。

1，名字叫泮山居，和山没有一点关系，是别墅区里面中间位置的一栋别墅而已。2，房型标注是山景房，看出去左边是别人的房子，右边是别人的房子。3，进出特别不方便，小区保安态度极恶劣，出租车也进不了小区。图中照片就是他们号称的山景，酒店内部装修还可以，但是比不过五星酒店，1000多一晚的价格比一些五星酒店还贵，可是人家五星酒店有服务，有配套设施，这个真搞不懂这个破别墅拿什么值这个价。

很不错的一次民宿体验，服务意识很好，除了硬件之外堪比宝格丽了，进出门有人接送，发消息给管家手机基本秒回，会提前准备好早餐和下午茶，情绪价值很到位，环境也很不错，总体感觉非常好！

第一次点评。泮山居给我的感觉就是特别的有温度，服务非常好很周到，细节像入住前询问鞋号，手写卡片，以及回到民宿管家会出门迎接等。因为房间不多人很少感觉很清静。空间设计的审美也非常在线，我非常喜欢。下次去昆明一定还会选择这里！

Amazing architecture and design. Such a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Rooms and amenities are modern and clean, staff are really friendly and helpful. Food is great and plenty of private spaces to relax or work. Great value for money
