这家喜来登应该是新开不久、从外观到房间装修都很棒！房间内还摆放茶具！对于我这种爱喝茶的人来说非常到位！矿泉水不够了一个电话也会很快送到房间！很好.！前台小姐姐服务也很有礼貌到位！酒店边就是大商场！吃饭购物等都很方便！早餐品种虽然不是特别多、但基本中西都具备、味道还可以！下次再到昆明时依然选择这家喜来登酒店！希望你们继续保持水准！

酒店环境特别好，服务也很棒，特别是李岚、Emily、Chris、Margot、Sea五位，知道我们航班较晚，打的车一时半会儿来不了，还帮我们免费延时2小时退房时间，特别感谢！有机会来昆明，喜来登是不二之选！

虽然酒店才开业一年左右，但是整个酒店的服务已经有了很高的质量，从礼宾到前台，再到行政酒廊，整个Lounge的服务水准绝对我我住过的所有酒店当中最高的，感谢酒廊Duke、Bella、Tiffany、Daisy、Grace给予的一次完美体验，强烈推荐👍👍

一个人因为考研原因，来到昆明散心。选择了喜来登酒店，旁边就是一个商场，咖啡馆和嘉华饼屋都有。很方便，前台服务也很周到。到了大堂前台Ethan和Tim 热情介绍了附近的景点这些，SKye帮忙办理了入住，然后带行李送到了电梯。angle帮忙推荐了附近的美食Lillian 在发现钱包忘在前台后及时打电话送到了房间，总之很满意一次居住体验，礼宾服务比滇池的华邑酒店都要棒。所以说第三天从华邑又换到了喜来登，然后。SKye帮还给升级了房型。下次来昆明还是会选择喜来登

感谢行政酒廊Duke、Bella、Queena、Tiffany等所有员工在住期间的关照，整个酒店配套设施完善、酒店走20米就有个广场，性价比超级超级高的一家酒店，完全超过预期，下次还来，强烈推荐👍👍👍

对这次入住体验不错，到酒店后礼宾工作人员主动引领到前台办理入住，前台的小姐姐服务很热情，Skye和Lillian和我介绍很多景点，Jennie给我办的入住，很热情，Chris主动送我到电梯，介绍了酒店设施。
