所谓的五星级酒店，大门口没人帮忙拿行李。午餐时间工作人员只顾自己吃工作餐，説里面应该有人值班，结果等了十几分钟，没人理，向前台反应后，也没下文。健身房和其衞生间，找不到开灯的开关，问了路过的职员也不知道，一次还看到光着上身的工人在打乒乓球。早餐看到一帮职工围着圆桌抽烟説话，去问服务员，説酒店是允许抽烟的，可是记得酒店门口有牌子説公共区域禁止抽烟。不过要给早餐烫米线的阿姨和打扫衞生的阿姨点赞，服务好，态度好。总之硬件还可以，软件不及格。
