酒店服务理念不太好，入住登记时，前台一直在接电话，挂断后，又一直在打电话，本来以为是非常重要的事情，结果听了内容是定下午送蛋糕的时间，对于风尘仆仆的客人来说，远道而来又一直站在那儿等着，前台的做法非常不妥。淋浴水温忽冷忽热，这是以前在五星酒店没有遇到过的。房间号设计不合理。定了外卖让自己去大门口取，以前住的五星都有服务员陪同外卖小哥直接把外卖送房间里。

航班路过，零晨3点多到。2个孩子，4个行李。完全看不到礼宾部，差评，保安的态度以及行为差评，不如没有。这里要表扬一下夜班前台经理，整个洲际就他一个人是5星酒店该有的表现。
