没有24小时空调！！！如果你们冬天来要慎重，特别是北方人，白天屋里17度没暖风，实在太冷了，冻的头疼。第一天説明了情况，第二天中午还是不开暖风，房间还是17度。
详情：
酒店位置绝佳，去喂海鸥的话步行就可以，海洪湿地划船也可以沿着滇池步道走过去。
酒店里景色很美，旁边是高尔夫球场，维护的不错。前台，餐厅服务都很好，登记入住的时候还没有空出来合适的房型，主动帮忙升级了房间。去民族村的话有摆渡车可以帮忙送到入口的马路对面，很方便也省心。
周围可选择的餐厅不多，好在外卖丰富，核对讯息後可以送到房间门口，比较方便。
但是！！！！！！
空调白天没有暖风，这是我唯一不理解的问题，也是我们本来准备住2-3天，结果住了一天就换酒店的原因。
我打过电话给酒店，明确了有空调制热的情况下下的订单。入住当天下午四点多回到酒店，一家老小玩儿累了，打开暖风就都睡了，到六点多起来开足空调的屋子里一直17度，一点都没有涨，大家起来集体开始打喷嚏，我赶紧给前台打电话，被告知暖风没有开，现在开，开了20分钟以後房间有暖风，我们又等，一个小时後还是没有，就冷风一直吹，一直到八点多房间才温度正常，期间送来了一台暖风机开到最大也只能上个0.5度这样。
北方人不能理解室内17度还不供暖，也不理解入住第一天因为这件事跟值班经理沟通了，第二天中午回去睡午觉又把空调关了，大中午晴天17.5度。
基础设施的问题应该算是硬伤了，服务再好也弥补不了。
最後，谢谢当天的值班经理给我们送了四杯姜茶。

昆明湖景酒店是一家位於滇池湖畔的酒店，环境极其舒适优美，设施齐全，洗漱用品上档次，房间布置得很漂亮，有艺术气息、衞生乾净整洁。服务一流，服务员们个个都热情周到。特别表扬一下，有一位名为宏然的小夥子服务员，为客人主动拿行李，并送达房间，主动介绍周围的景点。称得上是一位星级酒店的优秀员工。让人有种宾至如归的感觉。酒店为宾客准备了欢迎果篮，礼赠双人温泉体验，温泉非常不错。还有迷你吧。早餐极为丰盛，食材新鲜，味道好！早上去海埂公园喂红嘴鸥还提供投喂食物。退房赠送伴手礼。强烈推荐来昆明滇池就入住湖景酒店！

Overall I was very impressed with the hotel the rooms are clean and pretty well appointed and the service was very efficient although perhaps reserved ( which is not a bad thing although I do personally like to see a few more smiles) I was there to play golf for three days and my family to explore Kunming and the hotel provided a good location to do exactly that. We enjoyed our stay and the attached golf course is impressive and I will certainly go back.

Good location just by the lake and next to the golf course. Unfortunately, there are no further discounts for the golf course for hotel guests.

Very close to Dianchi Lake, just opposite the hotel. Bread provided by hotel everyday to feed the Seagulls is very convenient for taking photos with the Seagulls

的确干净卫生，舒适，离天池太近，站在阳台上就看见天池，大概只有59米。温泉在楼顶，没去泡，天热。高尔夫球场就在酒店内。

房间地下水温泉很舒适，水质非常好，餐厅用餐环境怡人，夜床还送了鲜花饼和水果，很贴心。虽然小但很干净。

很棒的一家酒店，很满意，订的亲子套房，两个房间，都有厕所，厕所很大，而且马桶是加热型的，一个厕所里面有儿童洗漱包，很棒哟！还能泡温泉～

地理位置，酒店出门就是滇池，离滇池公园和西山景区索道购票都很近。只玩滇池和西山的话很推荐住这里。但离市中心机场都比较远。
房间设施，订的温泉池房间，池子很大，房间大，院子超大。每天有人清扫后帮忙放水，游玩回来泡一下非常舒服。硬件设施不错，洗漱是欧舒丹的全套。早餐及格，米线还可以。我们在酒店吃了次晚餐，口味不错。缺点，温泉房都朝马路，有点吵，还好滇池景区晚上基本就没车了，深夜反而又安静了。
服务，还算不错，客房每天送水果，打扫得也很干净，最后一天帮我们打包的早餐也很周全。
