服务态度特别差、没早餐了不会好好说话一顿凶，充电宝丢在房间里就说没有，还是一顿凶，入住你们五星酒店就让你们凶着玩的？服务态度是所有酒店里最差的。素质低下。

酒店最大的特色就是规模大、高端大气、环境确实很不错，后面的高尔夫球场很美。我住的房间相比其他价格的房间看起来老旧了些，但尽管设施虽说有点旧，但是品质确实还是不错的。房间很大，值得一提的是床垫舒适、品质很好，床上用品也不错。电视的频道稍微少了点儿。WIFI信号不错。早餐菜品较丰富，由于时间问题没有来得及感受室外温泉，看起来也很不错的，总之，概括之，环境一流、房间虽旧但有品质，绝对值得入住。

差评，我想说是携程网欺骗了我还是酒店是骗子？网上写着送温泉套票和高尔夫，结果所谓的高尔夫不存在说不包含，温泉就是一个很小的露天池子，酒店的客人都是旅行团的人，吵杂，房间不隔音，半夜都听见门外各种说话声，前台接待员服务态度极差的，早餐除了米线其他的就不必吃了，跑那么远来到郊区花钱买气受实在不值当，也只有旅行社会选择来这种对外宣称五星实际招待所的住处
