给妈妈和她朋友订的，妈妈说办理入住时前台态度极差！！让我一定在评论里说。排队办理入住时一会儿让在这里排队一会儿让在哪里排队，而且态度恶劣。经常入住五星酒店从来没遇过这么差的！以后绝对不会再来，给之后想住这里的人也提个醒。

前台服务态度非常好，客房内灯坏了一个，显得昏暗了许多，床很小，但是地理位置很好，看夜景超级美，可以边泡澡边看电视，总体来说还不错。相比较洲际酒店洲际的房间设施更完善。

设计感很强，布草和洗漱用具都很优秀。可服务有待提高，尤其是前台员工不够积极主动，退房只有两个人却排了很长时间的队，其他前台员工视而不见，这有待改善。还有门童，很少帮开车门，迎送服务也乏善可陈
