酒店硬件还可以，但是开业不久设施就有损坏。前台服务不好，下午五点半到被告知房间还在卫生，让吃了饭再来。晚上九点办入住，提出退房时延至两点，居然回答要看当天房间情况。太有失五星酒店的服务水准。

洗漱用的lanvin不错～早餐很丰富～就是跟旅行团有协议忍不了，大堂随时下去都是一堆人，天天早餐这个乱啊～好不容易找个位置，餐具也没有～

酒店服务真心不错，能达到5星标准，本来预备加床的，后来告知没有床，经理和我们协商换成标间.3个人住，免费3人早餐，还不错。这里早餐内容很丰富，算是比较不错的了。泳池健身都还可以唯一不好的就是空调有待改善，太热了，还有就是厕所有一点味道。

全好评。服务意识超前，略有点太客气了。。设施完备，风格简约，说人多的和早餐贵的可以看下行政客房，还有Imac和非常精致的下午茶。性价比中上。
