房间卫生情况很差，桌子上全是指纹，密密麻麻不知道是好几轮客人的了，卫生间相框上厚厚的一层灰，如此显眼的地方都这样其它地方也好不到哪去了吧，浴缸版上全是指纹和水渍印，真的很失望，配不上索菲特的品牌。

位置很方便。酒店还有值机服务 不过没有告知要提前三小时。早餐管理不好 完全是扣分 服务态度 效率 管理都偏差 管理不规范菜品也非常一般。

首先先感谢一下酒店客户经理苗超给我做了房型升级.帅哥真的很赞.服务一流很有亲和力！接下来说说酒店.酒店位置闹市中心地段.出行很方便.房间内装修也很豪华符合五星标准.员工服务也很热亲.要求送的几次东西都很快送到.总体来说再到昆明的话这家酒店我还会来！很满意的一次住宿！
