1，硬件高大上毋庸置疑，大堂富丽堂皇，顶楼的酒吧，餐厅俯瞰昆明，房间内部舒适度高
2，新酒店开业，还有需要调整完善的细节工作，好在酒店特别有安排服务经理Clark，给客人提供非常贴心的服务
3，早餐也很丰盛，法式用餐环境
4，出行，酒店都可以及时叫车，昆明的司机爱讨价还价，有滴滴快车就无忧虑
5，期待酒店早日完成开业的磨合

索菲特酒店整体管理不错，已经在很多城市入住过。昆明索菲特是新开业酒店，酒店大堂大气，红色流动线条从大堂顶部一直延续到垃圾桶都是流动的红色裙带点缀，富有特色！需要特别说明的是入住的4720行政客房空调不能制冷，闷热！淋浴房的地漏下水不畅，弄得整个卫生间到处是水！希望加以改进，谢谢！

房间里头的浴室下水堵了！洗澡漫了一洗手间，想喝口茶，却又没有配备！想换个乔麦枕头吧！结果来了个巨大的方型的！还好他们家的服务还不错！
