老牌酒店，但设施不旧，属于有自己的历史和文化那种。服务好，有小孩的游戏房，还可租用儿童推车。最关键的是位置，过了马路就可以喂红嘴鸥了，躺在床上就可以看到整个翠湖。强烈推荐。

很不错的一次入住。因为飞机晚点近凌晨1点才到酒店。刚到的我们很疲累，虽然前台告诉我们如何去客房电梯，但当时还是蒙的，前台的一名男生主动带我们到电梯，还插卡按好楼层。第二天早上我不知怎么就生病了，酒店的一名男客服拿了药给我，还嘱咐我吃点东西再吃药，并交代了一些细节。下午2点退房离开时，主动问我们去哪里，需不需要帮叫车……五星酒店我也住过很多，但在这里，你们让我体验了一次不一样的五星酒店，谢谢你们！你们对酒店的管理，对人员的培训都很不错，希望你们一如即往的好！衷心感谢帮助过我的三位男生，谢谢你们的关心和帮助！希望你们一切顺利！谢谢！

老牌酒店了，很有气势，就在翠湖红钻对面，环境不错，服务有礼。
12月份接近圣诞，大堂布置的非常有圣诞气氛，整体入住体验愉快，以后去昆明还会再住。
