第一次入住这个星程酒店感觉很不错，前台服务很热情，当客人提行李不方便时，还会主动给予帮助，酒店房间很大，设施很全，早餐菜品及服务都很好，一次去兰州还会入住这个酒店的。

都忘记拍照了，真的很无语这次住酒店，最烦也是酒店行业最忌讳的，当天窗户外面施工，酒店没有通知，窗帘没关，当时在休息，突然出现个人在外面，当时啥也没穿，然後最重要的是啥，本来中午休息时间，酒店工作人员来敲门，当时迷迷糊糊的，敲了两下刚醒，还没来得及回应，酒店工作人员直接用她的房间擅自开门，我当时就很懵逼，衞生也是，住了4天，床单一次没帮我们换过，我真的无语了
