The rooms were for real clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable with an upgrade of a room. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown or Lanzhou. I had a wonderful experience at the SU8. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

我给父母订的标间，晚上到了店以後，给我父母605无窗不规则三角形大床房，还説要标间要加钱。跟携程投诉説酒店欺诈才给了原先定的标准间615。然後也没道歉给我父母，撂了一句之前看错了。最让人感到服务恶劣的是，前台和携程经理沟通的时候説了一句：“不行就让他们走人就行，全款退给他们。”
订这间酒店得小心了。前台服务态度非常差，影响旅游心情。第一次遇到服务这麽差的速8酒店。这种恶劣的服务行为，值得一星。

作为一个连锁酒店，应该要讲信誉的呀！我定了两间商务双床房7012.8012，结果早上退房後，与父母谈起才发现房型都不一样，8012的房间小很多，床也小很多，窗户很脏，房间铺的地毯很旧！服务员还专门让我父母去住那间差的，还説是为了长者方便！现在想想真是生气！酒店没有停车场，停车去公共的，一晚上30，整个算下来，性价比真真的不值！
