进房间一股子味道，晚上12点多的时候隔壁还有敲墙的声音。再加上在二楼最里麪 旁边是杂货房。晚上洗澡的时候这个热水太小了 冷水挺猛的。还有房间没有拖鞋给前台打电话 大概过了二十分钟也没送来 还是我自己去要的。还有这个酒店的好评都是刷的吗？我看评论 前台接待热情 而且有应必答。还有本地特色的小礼物。我是啥都没见到过。还有这个入住我提前打了电话询问可以提前入住吗。前台説可以。那时候大概十点多，只不过我到地方都已经十二点多了，也不属於提前入住了。别到时候再让酒店拿这个説事。

房间很小，装修还算新，离兰州中心很近，交通方便，办手续很便捷

酒店位置还可以，离兰州中心和博物馆很近可以走路去。但是酒店停车场收费，离谱了，收了好几十块。最要命的是楼下有个烧烤店，不知道是空调外机声音还是厨房间别的声音，特别大，到半夜12点都没有结束，难以入睡根本没法休息，跟酒店反应，一开始説晚点会停，又説12点会停，再反应又説12：30会停，中间提出换房又推脱都定完了，可我打开携程明明当时还有房的。太差劲了，这麽贵的房价，提供这麽差的配套服务，完全没有休息好。差评

房间小，衞生间小，第二天门店订房：让我办了个168的会员卡説含在房费里的，後来因行程改变，取消了订房，她居然不退168感觉有点坑。订房还是要在携程上订，退都方便

晚上洗澡洗发水还没冲掉停水了，然後一整夜没维修，一定要等早上来人维修。打了前台很多电话不给及时解决，最後只能冲冷水，打了一个多小时电话才给打一壶热水到门口，被套也不乾净有污渍。设备坏了不可预判但是酒店的处理不及时和懈怠是给差评的关键
