拉萨最好的酒店，没有之一，服务好，早餐中餐虽然不能和内地比，不过已经很丰盛了。推荐。不过个别服务人员居然不会说中文，有点诧异，难道来住的大多是老外吗？

多次入住了，还是那句话，硬件设施绝对是不错，拉萨乃至西藏都是最好的。不过少数服务人员的素质有待提高。

拉萨瑞吉酒店住过多次。但这次感觉不好，主要是服务错误百出。比如我入住两晚但第二天服务员以为我要退房就不打扫卫生。在瑞吉这样品牌的酒店发生这种low的事情让我很吃惊。希望酒店加强对藏族服务员的培训，感觉他们的智商较低。
