应该说在拉萨这是一间很不错的酒店了，景观和设施都不错。但是服务还有待加强，我一共定了两间房，一间酒店做了升级，我表示感谢，另一件是豪华双床房，因为我们同行4人，在前台表示想住在同一栋楼，前台客服于是把我们统一安排在了2号楼。这本身也无可厚非，但给人的感觉是，酒店为了满足客人的要求降低了客人的住宿标准，这点稍微有人让人不舒服了。并且客服人员并没有因此而对我们说一句不好意思这类的歉意之词。br如果是普通酒店，这点也就不算什么了，但是对瑞吉来说，这不应该发生。

艺龙订购的经历很不愉快，通过第三方预定差点没定上。发了无数个电话。到酒店选的房间一般吧。标间双床房两个床挨在一起的，和大床房有区别吗？设施很不错，房间景色很差，面对一棵树。****，我说要好一点景色的高一点楼层的。。。都当我**。酒店设施不错，前台让同事带路，结果**带到了一半人就走了。害得我找了半天。。。服务不能这样做好吧？
