酒店设施太一般了，根本达不到五星级，住房也太普通了，特别是早餐，东西样式少，也不好吃，没有吸引人的食物，温泉的水太脏了，里面全是苍蝇，水质也不好，没有更换，游泳池的水温也不高，孩子游泳还是觉得有点凉，唯一好的就是酒店服务态度

其实酒店聚福楼挺好的 没有评论里那么多糟糕的体验 虽然确实跟五星有所差距 但是加上温泉 ，还是物有所值的。
