酒店不错，不愧是五星级！周边环境好，空气新鲜；酒店设施一流，上档次；前台服务热情，房间大气丶干净，感觉很舒服；早歺亦丰盛可口，性价比超值。温泉也蛮好的，下次还会来住。

位置在当地温泉镇的中心不远，买东西还算方便。设施偏旧但卫生打扫的还算不错，毕竟房间太大了，很多角落就没有好好打扫，当地苍蝇太多，11月份居然聚集了一屋子，去的人千万别开门只能开空调封闭房间。酒店服务态度很好，房间太大夜里才发现一些问题致电过去也很快来解决了。池水应该放出的是锅炉水不是温泉，不过室外的环境不错就不纠结了。

简直就是抢钱，提前20天说要退，酒店就是死活不让退，说什么已经给了便宜的价格，刚提交都不能退，根本没有入住。这样的态度一定是很少有人去住，所以抓到一个算一个。哪怕以后有机会也永远不会住这样的酒店。

酒店很大，整体不错。因时间赶很多设施都没享受。温泉是旁边的小松园温泉，非此酒店内之温泉。

酒店服务态度很好，入住快捷，客房很干净，澡水是温泉水，要放一会儿才有热水，急脾气的估计会郁闷一下，唯一不满意的是中央空调这个天气不工作了，室内有点闷。
