一共订了四件房，都是山景。到了房间后发现其中一间对着灰突突的一堵墙，在犄角旮旯里，何来山景，1700块钱就是来看一堵墙的吗？协调后换了房，何必要这样折腾客人？

五一期间的服务真的一般。朋友一人带着孩子先到了酒店，在门口有人帮拿行李。入住的时候给了一间需要走很久楼层最尽头的房间，还没有服务生帮拿行李。所以不符合五星酒店
