正对天目湖，位置独一无二，服务热情，设施装修太过陈旧。卫生间吊顶长期受潮，有的地方都烂了。体验最差是马桶，节日价超2000的套房不带卫洗丽，马桶圈居然不是缓降的，放下来哐哐的，半夜上厕所绝对能把人惊醒。提供的矿泉水是冰露，呵呵了。为景买单，不谈性价比。

过年入住价格不便宜 服务到是挺热情主动 就是作为一个度假酒店10点就结束早餐也太早了。并且入住时也没有告知早餐用餐地点和时间 总体评价一般 和苏州的几个温泉相比 可能温泉是真的以外其他没有什么特色
