是一幢别墅里面再分割房间的，一开始想着挺好，不是大楼，比较清净，结果后住进几个垃圾游客，半夜在大厅喝酒抽烟打牌，熊孩子高声尖叫，心情大打折扣。设施档次蛮高，toto的马桶，大金的空调，液晶电视等等，但整体比较陈旧了，特别是房间壁纸脱落，多处已发霉，可能和湖边较潮湿也有关系。地理位置蛮好，就是山水园和水世界旁边。总体300多的价格在这地段也算值了。

霉味、霉味、霉味，重要的事情说三遍，味道实在太重了。但周边环境不错，距离天目湖山水园、天目湖水世界景点很近，晚上玩过水世界，走路回酒店大概8分钟，很方便。

在园区里面比较安静比较方便，就是环境不好，屋里面霉味很重，电梯是坏的，无线网没有，没有什么服务员，总体来说不太满意

有史以来 最差的酒店 一进门特浓的霉味 吹了一下午依然散不掉 最后我们玩过天目湖水世界夜场10点多 纠结了一会儿 大家决定连夜赶回家 实在受不了这么浓的黄曲霉素的味道 房费自然没的退 前台的服务员很牛 她说 比你这更霉的房我都卖掉了 晕 说明还有人比我们更倒霉？！
