早饭很不错，离天目湖山水园也很近，只有8分钟路程。美中不足的是标房床比较硬，而且空调关掉了还有点声音。

客房条件比较理想，很卫生，周边环境也很好，距天目湖山水园走走5分钟，唯一不足的就是空调是坏的，像这么高级的宾馆，空调是坏的太不应该了，我提了两次，也并未改善，下次注意

房间不错，空调效果好就是床有点硬，服务也是可以。不过退房的时候要小心客房服务员会虚报你客房消费的，我朋友的房间明明没消费硬说喝了一罐王老吉。无耻！

酒店大厅蛮大的，设施与五星级的标准感觉还是有差距，服务很一般'环境也一般'早餐也是一般'可能跟靠在景点有关系吧'感觉性价比不高'
