入住酒店的时候正好酒店主楼在装修，酒店给了我们别墅区。酒店地理位置不错闹中取静，酒店外观高大上，可能开业时间长了没有好好管理吧，酒店设备很多多坏了真是太可惜了。最搞笑的就是酒店的自助早餐～不知道什么情况～是限量供应的来一个客人有阿姨拼一份，太有意思了😊真是脑洞大开

这次我们到天目湖是去旅游的，酒店离天目湖很近，几分钟的路程，到了酒店门口一看原来的主楼大门紧闭已经停止啦，携程网上也没写我们也不知道后来问了当地人才知道酒店已经搬到别墅区了，酒店位置还可以花园式的别墅，外部环境确实很好，但内部装修有些老旧了。一楼房间有霉味，而且房间定了就不好退，房间的空调很给力，前台接待人员的服务真是到位在这里我们赞一个，网上定的时候看了是自助早餐结果早上吃饭时是没人一份早餐而且量很少，后来问他们再加要了一点早餐还不如经济酒店。

感觉不应该挂五星级！酒店是一栋栋别墅！很旧了！房间设施也很陈旧！整栋别墅进去有股很久没住人的霉味。住的那间的卫生间特别小！坐马桶只能斜着坐！地毯很脏，周围树上好多知了！晚上竟然飞了一只进来在楼里叫了一晚上，服务还行，早餐很普通，停车很方便房间的空调很给力，总体很一般！

酒店位置离天目湖的水上世界很近，但是酒店的房间上霉严重，地毯太脏，除了霉味就是很重的蟑螂粉的味道，窗台上全是苍蝇的干了的尸体，和号称的五星实在严重不符
