酒店非常棒！设施，细节都做得很好。服务更是贴心热情。已经决定以后到洛阳还住这里了。临走还送给小朋友小玩具，好喜欢，一直拿着。就是房间图是二楼的，给我们的是一楼的，景观没有二楼好。

酒店服务特别称赞。住的是明月汤屋，在前台办完手续会有礼宾带着到客房，客房带小院子，院中有汤池，入住后客房服务会当着面再给汤池消毒加水。还给送了牛奶面包果盘和一瓶红酒。晚饭直接可以送到房间，一点都不贵，量还不小，口味也不错。总体来说很好。
