到洛阳来看牡丹，在艺龙上找到了这家评价比较高的酒店，酒店院内有很多停车位，有人时刻对车位进行管理。 停车方便而且安全。在酒店前台就感受到了酒店的服务质量，由于周日人多，我们到时双床房已经没有了，酒店马上给我们免费升级成了明月汤屋，在这里特别要感谢的是崔鹏前台主管，对于客人的需求，无论多难多辛苦 他千方百计要去解决。明月汤屋院内就有温泉澡池，服务生告诉我们如何使用 讲解的非常耐心。中餐厅的菜品也非常丰富，洛阳本地的菜、汤、面都有，味道也十分可口 ，晚上泡完温泉酒店，还免费送了牛奶面包和红酒，这么好的地方，住一天怎么够呢？所以我们多住了一天。明年约朋友看牡丹，还要住到这里。

非常好，环境一流的，服务特别特别好，全是别墅房间，温泉特别特别好，可惜时间紧张不然再去泡泡公共温泉池，而且他们自营的丰泽园饭店特别好，价格不贵，菜也好吃，我们吃了两顿！！我女儿特别喜欢这里

服务很好很热情！酒店有接送服务！送了一堆的礼品零食水果！很贴心！还有一支红酒！建议不要那么多礼物！也是需要成本的！建一个酒店不容易！能够让游客住的安全放心已经够了！谢谢！

酒店环境很好，工作人员服务态度热情，观景窑洞汤屋有独立的院子，院内私汤，站在院内可眺望远处风景。还赠送了红酒，零食，水果，并附上手写字条，很贴心。晚上点餐到客房，虽然要加服务费，但是餐品量大，很实惠。温泉水泡起来很舒服，退房时还赠送了礼品。可以说是休闲聚会的好去处。
