酒店里遇到的任何一个工作人员的服务和态度都是无可挑剔的，酒店的设施和环境能达到五星的标准，温泉中规中矩，美中不足的就是餐厅太差，菜品太少，质量也一般，很多时段也做不出来，很业余。

可以说非常满意了，还提供接送站服务，而且服务态度非常好。温泉泡着也是非常舒服，送的水果果盘和牛奶非常贴心。以后有机会还会再来的。

特别好，每次都来这泡温泉，中秋价格比平时高些，但是服务真好，这的餐厅非常好吃，我们吃了几顿都没吃够，非常推荐！杨冰川，胡鹏飞，张胜楠服务特别热情！！赞赞赞！

非常不错的温泉度假酒店，服务相当的周到，一进院，专门有人引导停车，专人全程帮忙提行李，对服务事项介绍的很周到，我们一家四口，两个大人两个孩子，住的窖洞汤屋，有个小院，有桌椅遮阳伞温泉池，一家四口泡在池子里都不想出来了！还送的红酒、水果，2张温泉票，露天大温泉里水果、点心、饮料免费取用，儿子在游乐场里玩的不亦乐呼，早餐不错，水准相当高的温泉度假酒店。
