超级舒适的体验，同程预订的折扣房间，原价两千多，不倒五百，享受独院带温泉池和庭院的行政套房，老婆孩子和我都很满意。早起发生点小插曲耽误了行程，工作人员认真负责，派车接送们去的龙门石窟，又送的高铁，真是很感谢。餐饮也很好好，好吃有便宜，服务一样的好。但烧烤区因为人少没开，挺遗憾。总之很推荐

服务很好，窑洞汤屋有独立的汤池，很适合休闲度假，不尽人意的地方是公共大温泉里的鱼疗池，死皮太多，可能是周末人多，但也要保证水质，希望能改善

作为钟爱凤翔多年的忠粉，这次特意在非假日时间段来，感受有三：1、作为开业多年的酒店，设施陈旧属于正常，但是窑洞汤屋内的浴室喷头，确实需要更换了。2、院子里自由流窜的野猫，使独立汤池产生卫生隐患，建议解决。3、非假日在公共汤池情不自禁搓泥的老年人，需要进一步引导，才能有效改善水质。性价比高，服务很贴心，服务人员服务意识很强，所以还是给好评！希望下次来以上问题能改善！
