服务没的说。入住就是新鲜的水果、每晚的酸奶、服务员辛辛苦苦手写的贺卡、银耳雪梨汤...感受到了全方位的温暖。工作之余感觉很开心！

位置好，有点旧了，但服务一如既往的好！去机场旁边就有航空售票。服务员帮忙将行李送到机场大巴！房间赠送了水果和苏打水！迎送服务礼貌周到！到洛阳就入住这里！

一看就知道是很有年代感的酒店，一进酒店大厅，服务员就热情的递上毛巾和茶水，办理入住也很快，订的是家庭套房，加上父母和几个月的宝宝一共5个人，房间含三份早餐，洗漱用品都是按2人配的，我们自己带的有就没找客房要了，一进房间客房就给我们送来了宝宝澡盆和宝宝沐浴液，晚上还送过来三碗糖水很是贴心。酒店的服务必须给个赞。装修和设施只能说一般般吧。早餐比较简单，还专卖给宝宝蒸了鸡蛋羹。
