我觉得友谊宾馆的服务真是没得说。司机师傅在机场西装革履的接我，而且上车以后马上送上热毛巾和水，想得很周到。每天有水果和免费小食品、饮料。早餐不错，水果挺好！地理位置好，出行特别方便！

一家人出行，550元订的豪华家庭房，性价比超高。两间卧室一个客厅。布局设计得非常好，一家人特喜欢。服务也是一流的温馨，在洛阳这个城市里实属难得，下次的不二选择……

1. 酒店工作人员服务态度好，刚到酒店前台就有工作人员递上毛巾和饮用水；
2. 早餐不错，甚至还有工作人员征求你对早餐的意见；
3. 房间设施好，提供了一些免费的食品、饮料和水果；
4. 提供免费机场接送服务，也可以提供高铁站免费接送服务；
5. 酒店各部门之间工作配合相当完美。
印象最深的是：司机李师傅开着商务车送我一人去高铁站，一路上给我介绍酒店的服务理念，送到高铁站后，李师傅下车，递给我两瓶苏打水，说：你路途远，拿两瓶水。还送给我两个旅行靠枕（让我给爱人带一个，一个蓝色的，一个红色的）。

地理位置很方便，下机场大巴就是，服务一流，服务员很热情很有礼貌很贴心，每天都赠送水果、方便面、火腿肠、饼干及饮料，有免费接送机服务；特价房很划算，值得推荐
