酒店地理位置好，大堂前台、楼层管家、餐厅等工作人员服务非常棒！酒店按照客户的需求选择了最适合客人的房间，酒店2楼就餐时工作人员远女士了解到我父亲受寒凉，主动免费给煮的姜汤热水，并赠送的洛阳礼品！在此我代表我的父亲向为我们热情服务的宾馆工作人员和2楼工作人员远女士表达深深的谢意！这是我们在洛阳市住过的软硬件最好的酒店，也体验到了洛阳这座文化古城的人文魅力，真正切身体会到有朋自远方来不亦乐乎的情谊，体会到宾至如归的感觉！

带儿子两个人过来洛阳玩，住了三个晚上，对酒店非常满意，服务很热情很贴心，给升级了套房，每日送水果和小甜点，帮忙洗了几件衣服，送小孩蜡笔画和袜子，而且除了定房时付过的房费不需要我多掏一分钱，要不是国庆前要去西安玩还想多住几天。下次来洛阳还选这家！

酒店很大，房间设备很旧了，应该没事管理，最可怕的是三楼中餐，又贵又难吃，而且餐厅的服务不好。号称五星实际也就三星半。
