硬件可以，软件太差，半夜窗外一直施工，没法睡觉。服务特别差，宝宝一岁，发烧在房间睡觉，我和老婆吃早餐给孩子带一奶瓶小米粥，一男服务员就是不让，且态度蛮横，住了这么多年酒店这是最差的一次。本人已经发邮件告知公司所有员工到洛阳出差禁止入住华阳！！

酒店大堂很大也很冷，没有布局，很浪费，酒店前面在施工，对面是万达，周边环境有些差，房间还可以，隔音需要加强，马桶有些小。

这家酒店服务较差，卫生不太干净。我让送一下毛巾，居然没有任何反应，而且连续两天不给我提供毛巾。差不多就醒了非要什么50字干嘛呢？

至今为止住过的最差的酒店，晚上要睡觉了，居然房间里面有个灯关不掉，叫服务员来处理也关不掉，只能让电工来把灯泡给拆了。房间设施比较旧，收费5星，实际只能算4星的酒店。安阳酒店业竞争太少了，如果充分竞争，这种酒店早被淘汰。

酒店地理位置还算方便，早餐品种挺多的。大堂比较气派，但是房间装修实在太老旧了，配不上600多块的价格。给客人紧急状况下用的，房间里的消防逃生设备居然放在橱柜里，还用玻璃板用硅胶封起来。谁会偷紧急消防用品，真出事了看着面具在那也拿不到。不知道酒店是怎么想的。
