员工素质很高，服务细心周到，特别是前台李晓盼在用完身份证归还时给我的身份证套更换了一个新的，给我的感觉很好！不但赠送了晚餐券，房间还送了水果饮料等，非常人性化，很满意的一次住宿体验，有机会来洛阳还会选择这里！

酒店服务非常好，我们一路在河南是体验最好的酒店，有位吕佳能的女孩子太热情了，而且特别贴心，离开酒店还送宝贝一个礼物，住店期间也有水果和酸奶赠送，值得入住！
