住了三晚，第一晚的房间冲凉房下水道塞了，水漫上了地毯，太晚了没提出换房，后面才换的。服务不错，酒店位置离龙门近，是新区，人车都比较少

酒店很好，位置不错，服务一流，停车方便，到周围景区比较近。带孩子来第一次入住这家酒店，孩子很满意。冰箱有免费的零食，还送了酸奶和水果。尤其宾客关系部吕佳能，耐心周到，下次来洛阳还住这里。

必须表扬孙再前大堂经理，因为雨天打不到车，孙经理亲自开车用自己亲车送我们真是挺令人感动，而且两次，真挺……雪中送炭，因为三号当天下了一天雨，真的很难得必须点赞，by the 孙经理相当帅
