酒店环境还好，服务人员态度挺好，客房硬件设施达不到五星级酒店甚至四星级酒店的标准；房间里居然淋雨和浴缸不分开，淋个澡还得站在浴缸里，虽然服务人员说可以换房间；洛阳难道就没好点的酒店吗？

酒店还不错，服务也不错。酒店有送水果，服务很周到，进酒店后服务员帮着拿行李，还给送至客房，很贴心。
