位置：见仁见智。酒店位于新城区，旁边就是市政府，和喷泉广场。周边都是银行什么的高大建筑，街道布局整齐，安静。酒店本身的内部环境也很好，有竹林凉亭，小何蜿蜒流过，很休闲。但是距离老城区很远。而且洛阳城里的红绿灯超多，平均每400米一个。我们从酒店打车到小吃街，一路20多个灯！
服务：酒店服务很贴心。一进门就有美女顾问提供咨询帮助。知道我们是第一次来旅游，专门介绍了一些重要景点，一一写出。重点表扬一下大厅礼宾“王培育”。
房间小食品柜里的饮料和小点心可以免费吃。这在其他酒店是没有的。赞一个。
酒店的游泳池在20楼，视野非常好，晚上是看喷泉的绝佳位置。
卫生：感觉一般。
其他：作为五星级的酒店，大厅比较有气势，但是房间内部稍有陈旧之感。
吐槽一下洛阳的旅游服务：春节期间游客众多，可是市里的公交车基本上晚上九点左右就都没有了。出租车超难打。作为旅游城市，管理者要多考虑一下。
