宾客服务部的吕佳能CANNON主任（与我超喜欢的一首名曲同名）的超一流服务带给我如同名曲般温馨感受。从办理入住时清润的茶水开始，到送我们入住，一路耐心细致地介绍酒店的设施和各项服务，以及周边的景点、活动和特色餐饮。CANNON动人悦耳的声音，让第一次来洛阳的我似乎对洛阳熟悉了许多。感叹古都！生长在这的女孩长得也有皇家气质，端庄优雅美貌，居然能有这么贴心的服务水准！
