服务态度很好的一家酒店，从大堂到客房，让你感受顾客就是上帝的感觉，一路帮你把行李提到房间，又帮提上车。特别感谢艳飞和佳能两位服务员。早餐也很丰富。

首次入住，刚到酒店就感觉非常热情服务，美女接待直接帮忙把箱子拉到电梯口。整体在五星级酒店级别的装修中规中矩，在洛阳算不多见的大气！客房空间不错，被品很舒适，有在河南少见的浴缸！送水果和酸奶很贴心，并看到客人没有鼠标垫主动提供，。设施齐全，泳池小了点，但在中原地区已是难得拥有！交通便利，周边餐饮购物都很近！整体评价五星设施，六星服务！还会选择。

五星级酒店，地理位置都还可以。价格有点儿小贵。酒店所能提供的服务很有限。大堂吧是外包的茶吧，连个卡布奇诺咖啡都没有。不会再去了。
