酒店设施很陈旧，前台服务非常一般，感受不到一点热情的态度，以为之前在河南省内已经转了几个地方，入住的也是相同档次的酒店，其他酒店看到家庭出游，无一例外都做了房间升级，而利豪不升级也就算了（这个作为顾客咱们不强求），而且安排的房间位置极差，晚上还能听到酒店内KTV的声音。总之是很糟心的一次入住体验，没有对比就没有伤害！

酒店的礼仪小姐非常的热情周到，一进酒店大门，礼仪小姐马一婉帮我们把行李送到房间，非常详细的介绍了房间的情况，非常感谢她！很棒！酒店整体布局很气派！唯一觉得房间设施比较陈旧。

大半夜门口有修地铁，叮当一晚上，连续入住没有洗漱用品，半夜打电话才给送，开发票一根筋，见过最傻*的酒店，没有之一。
