酒店前台提前有电话询问我们需要的房型，给我们升级到了4楼，这一是很贴心的。到了酒店一切都安排好了，有一位前台男经理领我们去了房间，还特意告知WIFI密码，进了房间卫生很干净，特别是床睡起来挺舒服的，棒棒的。早餐的品种有我喜欢吃的混沌，口感很好。特别要提一下前台的服务员的服务真心的好，因为退房的时候有点急，西服放衣柜里忘拿，前台及时电话联系我们回来取，能看得出酒店员工整体素质很高的，非常愉快的一次住宿体验。

酒店环境非常好，来的时候有点晚，前台已经提前准备好房间，一到酒店很快办理好入住，酒店太大房间不好找，幸亏有一位保安大姐引领我们去的客房，打开房间里面有水果和点心、酸奶，这么好的服务确实很惊喜。早上去餐厅用餐，应该是有什么团队在酒店，我们在一起用的餐，虽然人很多，但还是给我们预留了餐位，服务非常到位，这是第二波惊喜。早上十点多我们去前台退房，因为昨天是付完房费，没有收押金什么的，跟本没有等待就办理好了退房手续还赠送了一个小手电筒，儿子喜欢的不行，真是惊喜不断啊！下次有机会还会再来的。
