五星酒店，大热天大堂灯不开空调不开！热坏人！！！房间有霉味，赶紧让服务员点香薰，明天早餐餐饮实在担心😓，这么少的客人入住率，这样抠门的管理，恶性循环啊！明天真有可能拿如家早餐的标准来应付我们！
