房间除了3瓶矿泉水是干净的之外，其他无法表达，下大雨到酒店，订电影大床房，到了酒店才说预订不成功。重新预订中式三床房，前台非让我改成日式三床房，下雨天没地方去，只能无奈接受。到了房间看了一下卫生，说四星级酒店标准，卫生还不如路边的宾馆干净，地板上长头发到处都是，洗漱台也是那么多长头发，床边还有黄豆干，牙签😨服务员爱理不理，拿个拖把拖一下就走了。电视一晚上都是这样，设施也是拉拉踏踏，这就是广州 省会 银河大酒店。以后绝对不会再入住，也不会让同事朋友再入住，相当差距👎👎👎

酒店挺好的没啥大问题，主要是吧。。。我第一次住酒店遇到中央空调关闭不给开的情况，虽说外面下雨也有风，但是开窗很吵啊，打电话给前台就说现在没有开空调，我说很闷就让我开窗透透气。。。这我就。。。尴尬了，我花了钱住宿居然连空调都不给我开

越来越老东西好多跟不上七天酒店，希望业主好好改进一下，前台服务太差了。比不是外面的宾馆入住怎么久以来最差的一次也不会在想住这边的酒店
