毛巾太旧了，快碎了，用了至少二十年吧!枕头上面的是白的，下面是发黄的，被子上一根长头发，枕头上一根短头发，让换一下还反问和质疑，前台服务员一边玩手机一边爱搭不理的，总之，这个酒店给人一种不太认真经营的感觉。

设施太差了，预定的房间固话、插座都是坏的，水龙头没水，晚上11点才让入住（不是下午2点），理由是卫生没搞好，去前台投诉才给换房
