在艺龙预订被坑坑坑！平台预订的时候我再三确认是两张床的，到了新葡京酒店前台，被告知是一张床的，我跟老婆带着四个月大的女儿只能要求换两张床～于是每晚加价213块换了。在没有告知的情况下，被安排在“残疾人房”1378号房～等行李跟小孩安置好了才发现，所以没再折腾了～重点还有：残疾人浴室是有带“蒸汽龙头”的，而且浴室外的控制面板显示是英文（正常人谁知道那个干么用的）～结果脚踝跟手掌被烫伤了（手是为了去关那个喷气龙头）！住了残疾人房差点坐轮椅了～我只是把管家部的人叫来提了意见，建议面板上有中文提示～但罪魁祸首就是同程艺龙！！！脏话就自己脑补吧～为什么我定的双床房到了酒店就变成大床房了，明明有个床型要求的功能，而且照做了。请给个说法。
