酒店及房间环境是好的，问题是在艺龙订的是双床，去到酒店说订了大床，让我联系艺龙的客服解决，艺龙客服说订了就无法改，你们这个网订的也太差了，我已备注好要双床的，真失望，因你们的过错，订了那么贵的房，只有一张床，睡的不方便。
