我们今天早上九点多就退房了，然后行李寄存在酒店，12点多吃完午饭回来，问大堂服务员，我前一天信用卡刷了3000元预授权怎么还没退回来，大堂服务员说已经申请了，要7个工作日左右退回来。但是，今天傍晚6点多，酒店又打电话来说我们有个房间消费了冰箱的饮料200多元，是不是直接在预授权里扣，我说可以，因为，当时一共三个房间，有两个是朋友住的、也不方便这点钱再去核实，但是，酒店方面这个速度真的太慢了，消费了东西，应该在退房后不长时间就知道了。
